OUCH!!




training today was .....
we did hurdles as usual...
but today i was soo happy!
I FELL FROM THE HURDLE!!
i know i sound very weird!
but it was my first time and i think it was kinda good.
i've got a cut on my knee...
the rest are all just burns from the friction:(
hahahaha!

i still can do hurdles okay!
