Today was rather tiring...
training was tough...
we did hurdles...
200m with 7 hurdles, 5 times!
supposed to be 8 times...
but we were all too tired!
MY RECORD IS 43 SECONDS:)
my legs are soo pain now..
then tomorrow morning we got morning run!
